This travel spree comes after a week’s vacation in his home state of Delaware and aims to showcase recent economic gains and celebrate the anniversaries of significant legislation.

The trip will serve as an opportunity for President Biden to highlight the achievements of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which aims to combat the climate crisis and unleash a clean energy and manufacturing boom, according to an administration official. Additionally, a White House event is scheduled for August 16th to further underscore the impact of the legislation.

The president’s travel plans coincide with senior White House officials and cabinet members fanning out across the country to mark the anniversaries of the IRA, the CHIPS and Science Act, and the PACT Act, which benefits veterans.
