Criteria and Methodology

Our selection criteria are simple but rigorous. We require nominees to be 35 years old or younger as of September 30, 2023, based in the United States, and working in front-office roles. Most importantly, they should stand out from their peers and demonstrate exceptional talent, dedication, and potential. Our team of experienced editors will make the final decisions, ensuring fairness and objectivity throughout the selection process.
